WHEN YOU BOOK:
- A deposit may be required to complete booking for specific appointments; if you don't have a credit card or VISA debit card, you may pay a cash deposit by booking for a consultation (deposits are non-refundable and are applied as a service credit on your account, which will be deducted off the final bill)
- You will receive an immediate confirmation message once you have finished booking online; you will also receive a reminder message 3 days prior to your appointment
- You can book in as close to 24 hours to an appointment; no same day bookings available online, please call us directly
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your online booked appointment please read below; any appointments trying to be adjusted 48 hours to your appointment will require you to contact us directly
- your appointment may be adjusted by up to 30 mins to accommodate fitting more clients in as the studio generally requires necessary back to back appointments.
HOW TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE:
- Open the email you received when you FIRST booked your appointment; at the bottom of the email, click on "manage my appointment"
- A separate window will open which will show the appointment's details; select which option you wish to manage (cancel or change). Once you are done selecting this, close the window.
- Follow the first step again to confirm that it was canceled or rescheduled properly; an email will also be resent with the updated appointment information
