BROW SERVICE POLICIES
- All initial application appointments require a $150 NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking; payable via credit card or VISA debit card (online booking only) and is deducted from the final bill
- If you are a new client, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment as you will need to fill out some paperwork
- If you need to reschedule or cancel any service appointment, please give us a full 48 hours notice or you will be billed for 50% of your service
- Any clients who do not appear "no show" for their appointment will result in a required prepayment of all future services plus billed 100% of your missed service
- Due to high volume, if you arrive 30 minutes late or more for your appointment, we may not be able to complete your treatment and will need to be rescheduled plus 50% of your service
- No children or other guests may join you in the treatment; this is to ensure safety and focus during your application
WE ACCEPT CASH AND ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS FOR SERVICE PAYMENTS. DEBIT PAYMENTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
