ORDERS RETURNED BY CANADA POST
If an order is returned to sender due to a wrong address or missing information on your order, we as a sender are charged for the return postage value. While we understand mistakes happen, if the cause of error is to the fault of the customer, in order to have your order resent out once it has been received back to us, you will be required to pay for both the return postage value as well as the shipping value for you to resend out your order. If this doesn't get received within 5 business days of the invoice being sent, we will cancel your order and follow our cancelled order policies excluding refunding the shipping cost previously paid.
Due to the hygienic nature of our product, all sales are final and non refundable.
If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may need to open a claim with Canada Post and you will need to return back the damaged item and a replacement item or store credit will be issued upon receiving it in the studio.

CANCELLED ORDERS |
Any orders that are cancelled before they are packaged will be refunded to the original method of payment.
If the order has already been packaged, a 15% or $25 restocking fee (whichever is greater) will be applied.
